SCIL presented a paper in the track “Innovation Strategies and Leadership” at the 25th IPDMC in Porto, which took place this week. The conference started with a workshop for PhD students followed by two days of presentations, where the presenters received valuable and constructive feedback from one chairperson and the audience. The Wednesday was dedicated to presentations from companies on innovation strategies, the history of the IPDMC, current trends and challenges, career development and research approaches as well as the Best Paper Awards and an outlook to the 2019 Conference. Everyone was able to ask questions to the industry presenters as well as during other presentations via the website sli.do. This third day was a special event due to the 25th anniversary of the Conference. The IPDMC is organized by the European Institute for Advanced Studies in Management and covers areas like technology management, entrepreneurship, marketing of innovations, creativity, and design.
