We are excited to share that Arash, a member of DSIL recently gave two workshops on the Business Model Canvas and Generative AI for Entrepreneurship and Business Development at an online event organized by Porto Universidade Católica Portuguesa on September 29th and October 27th, 2023.
Business Model Canvas workshop
The Business Model Canvas is a powerful tool for entrepreneurs and businesses of all sizes to develop and visualize their business models. In the workshop, participants were provided with insights on how to use the Business Model Canvas to identify and validate their value propositions, customer segments, channels, customer relationships, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, and cost structures.

- Optimization of operational efficiency through generative AI tools and techniques
